We love to welcome people into the butchery to pass on our knowledge through butchery classes.

 

We are currently offering 3 different butchery courses.

Burger & Sausage Making

Maximum of 6 people

£95 per person

The course includes an apron to take home and a 10% discount on purchases in store that day
Half Lamb Breakdown
- Half lamb breakdown
- Knife sharpening 
- Butchers knot

Maximum of 4 people.
1 Day
£165 per person (includes lunch)
